- Thank you for stopping by to meet my latest bear, he's not a festive fan, introducing "The Grouch'' He is a bit fed up, he hates mince pies and is still hoping someone might cheer him up by giving him a home.
He measures approx 13" tall when he is standing and 9.5" when sitting - due to his design he does prefer to sit.
He has been created from:
Green short pile mohair and hand dyed in various tones of green hand dyed curly mohair beard, Green with black streaks medium pile faux fur arms and legs, very dark green faux fur with long black streaks. Long pile faux fur ears. Grinch printed cotton fabric paw pads and inner ears which have been backed /lined.He is fully jointed with cotter pin joints, has a secure wobble joint for his head & is weighted with steel weighting in his arms, feet and his body and filled with poly fibre filling so he feels cuddly, all his joints move freely making him very poseable!
He also has a sewn in woven ribbon tag in his back.
Black glass eyes, fabulous tones of grey, black with hints of navy perle thread nose with sparkly green highlights. Black perle cotton thread mouth detail, he has a needle sculpted face. He wears a knitted black and white hat with a white wool pompom. Grinch printed ribbon tied as a tie around his neck.
