All my creations are collectors items intended for adults  & therefore not suitable for children under 14 years of age ~ NOT A TOY ~ All creations come with a sewn in non removable woven label stating that they are Not A Toy.

Colours shown in the photos on this site may differ slightly on different monitors & all bear measurements are approximate.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders for Individual miniature puppies, cats & keyrings within the U.K will be sent via the 1st Class Recorded delivery service.

Each bears shipping price is stated just below their finer details & insurance is included. Bears sent to their new homes within the U.K are posted via the Royal Mail Next Day delivery service, bears travelling overseas will be sent via the Royal Mail International Tracked / Signed For delivery service depending upon your location. Please note that custom charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.  Please also make sure that your postal address is correct on your Paypal account when you make your purchase (I have had a Reindeer bear travel to the U.S. & back to me due to the wrong shipping address on Paypal)

 

I may  now and again offer time limited coupon codes for special offers for use in my shop during checkout, these do not include items already reserved on a payment plan.

 

RETURNS

If you are truly unhappy with your Wee Beary Tails Bear please let me know by emailing me first & I will do my very best to help you. The bear must be returned in original condition, carefully packed with any accessories intact via a tracked & insured delivery service to cover the cost of the item. A refund will be given within 14 days following the day of receiving the returned item. Refunds do not include return delivery charges, any custom charges incurred by returning the item to the U.K will be deducted. Exclusions to the returns policy are items on a layaway / payment plan.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

 Once your bear has been carefully packed up & has begun their journey to you I will email you with their tracking details, this tracking information will also be added to your order in Paypal.

Ordering & Payment 

 

My preferred  method of payment is Paypal.  

I offer layaway over a maximum of a three month period. The purchase price + shipping is divided into three payments, the first instalment is taken as a non refundable deposit. The second instalment is due four weeks from the date of the first, then the final payment is completed four weeks after this. Only one bear can be placed on layaway at a time, bears will only be marked as 'reserved' once the first payment has been made on the day layaway is arranged. By selecting the layaway option as a payment method you are agreeing to the terms set out above and are to form a contract of intent to purchase by instalments. Bears are posted once payment is received in full. Layaway payments are non transferable. Please contact me to arrange payment this way. If you do not complete your layaway agreement in the time stated you will lose your deposit payment. 

 

 PayPal offer their own Pay In Three Option which could be a good choice for you too.
